 1. Where are you located?
Caboolture, North Brisbane, QLD

2. What is your turn around time?
Our turn around time is between 1 - 7 days, however can be longer in peak times (Christmas, Easter, Mother day etc).As we keep limited stock on hand. If you need your order before a date please email us at poppits_delites@outlook.com.

3. Do you make all your products?
Our products are all hand made unless other wise stated. (E.g Salt lamps are an order in item only). 
None of our products are tested on animals, our ingredients are all skin safe. If you love a product and your allergic to any ingredients shown please contact use by email, as most items can be substitute for other ingredients. 

4. Do you do custom orders?
Yes we do customise orders.
There can be extra delays when making these items as may not have all items on hand. 

5. Do you offer special message or cards to orders?
Yes we do add custom message or cards to our orders, when they are present or special surprise.
Please email us at poppits_delites@outlook.com. with what you like to be added. No we do not put invoice inside gifts.

6. Will your products stain my bath?
Our bath products are made with water soluble dyes & cosmetic grade mica. 
We use Polysorbate 80 which helps to disperse the colour and prevent staining of the skin and bath. 
(Make sure your bath is free of soap scum or colours can stick to side of the bath tub, Also rinse after use. Bath bombs can make the bath tub slippy, please take care while getting out of the tub)

7. How do i returns or exchanges?
If you are unhappy with your order due to items arriving damaged, please contact us at poppits_delites@outlook.com to discuss. We want you to love our products so appreciate your feedback and hope to work with you on a suitable resolution. Due to hygiene issues we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. If you need to cancel your order prior to it being dispatched, we charge a 10% restocking fee.

1. How do i order?

2. If your having issue making a purchase?
If you having issue placing an order please contact us by our contact tab or via email poppits_delites@outlook.com

3. The discount code didn't work?
We're sorry to hear your code isn't working, you'll need to check that you're not trying to use more than one code per order and that your item isn't excluded.
If this doesn't effect you please email us at poppits_delites@outlook.com

4. How do i use your discount code?

Discount codes can be added by just copy and pasting the code in the coupon field on the cart page. (Only 1 can be used pre order)

5. Can we change and order or add items on after order has been placed?
No once orders are placed they are final

 1. How much does postage cost?
         As all parcels are send with tracking they start at $8.80 for 500g.
Our postage are all based upon weight.
We do offer free postage on all order over $80

2. Who do you use when posting order out?
Australia Post, Courier Please & Fast Away

 3. How long will my parcel take once posted?
        These time frames are an average guide on when you can except your parcel to arrive,
Please remember once your order have been pick-up by courier we can not control how long your parcel will take.

Sending within QLD state:
Metro - up to 2 business days
Regional - up to 5 business days
Sending interstate:
Metro - up to 3-6 business days
Regional - 6 - 10 business days

4. Do parcels come with tracking?
All our parcels are send with tracking, these details are either emailed to send via txt message.
This will depend on the type of details you leave when checking out.

5. What do i do if my order arrives damaged?
We are extremely sorry if your items have arrived damaged! We endeavour to package orders with as much cushioning and care as possible, but as they are of fragile nature sometimes they can be damaged during delivery.
In the event your items have arrived damaged, please send us an email at poppits_delites@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery along with a photo of the item in its immediate packaging and your order details. If you do not contact us within this timeframe we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

(Seconds/sale items are sold as is and may already be slightly damaged as per the product description therefore are exempt from these conditions)
6. What do i do if my parcel go missing?
If your parcel has gone missing, Please contact as soon as possible at poppits_delites@outlook.com
